The rules that apply when you use the WAP91 platform.
Agreement
Acceptance of terms
By creating a WAP91 account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you use WAP91 on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details, for keeping credentials secure, and for all activity under your account and sub-accounts.
Acceptable use
You must follow Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging and Commerce policies. Sending messages without valid opt-in, spam, misleading content, or prohibited categories may result in template rejection, number restriction or suspension.
Platform fees and messaging charges
The WAP91 platform fee is billed in advance for the chosen monthly or annual term. WhatsApp conversation charges are set by Meta and deducted from your messaging wallet at actual.
Service availability
We target 99.9% platform uptime excluding scheduled maintenance. Message delivery depends on Meta's infrastructure and your number's quality rating.
Intellectual property
WAP91 owns the platform and its software. You retain ownership of your content, contacts and conversation data.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts for non-payment or policy violations. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your data stays exportable for 30 days.
Limitation of liability
WAP91 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to the platform fees you paid in the preceding three months.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms with notice through the platform or email. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in New Delhi.
